We may collect account information, authentication-related information, billing-related information, gameplay/session data, chat/log data, technical/device information, and map image uploads.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate the Platform, authenticate users, process purchases, maintain sessions, provide gameplay functionality, support recap/log features, improve the Platform, protect security, and enforce platform rules.
3. Pre-Release Notice
Because the Platform is pre-release, stored information, balances, progress, session data, and availability may change, reset, or disappear at any time. We do not promise permanent retention of any data.
3a. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Platform, please contact us at jason@simpleopsystems.com and we will take steps to delete it promptly.
4. User Content Limits
We do not permit user-generated gameplay content. The only permitted upload is a static map image file (PNG, JPEG, WebP), subject to validation and platform rules.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, infrastructure providers, payment processors, authentication providers, and when required for legal compliance or platform protection.
6. Retention
We may retain or delete information in our discretion, subject to legal and operational needs. We do not guarantee retention of chat, balances, progress, session history, or uploads.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
