Billing & Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 22, 2026
This Billing & Refund Policy governs paid features, subscriptions, and virtual currency on Gleeman’s Table.
1. Pre-Release Billing Notice
The Platform is pre-release. Features, availability, pricing, balances, virtual goods, and paid functionality may change, reset, or disappear at any time.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled, if applicable to the existing billing flow. Access to subscription features may change during pre-release.
3. Favor (Virtual Currency)
Favor is virtual currency. Favor has no real-world value, is non-refundable once used, is not redeemable for cash, and may be modified, removed, or discontinued at any time.
4. Refunds
Except where required by law, purchases are final. We do not guarantee refunds for used Favor, partially used balances, consumed subscription time, or pre-release feature changes.
5. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact jason@simpleopsystems.com.
6. Taxes
Applicable taxes may be charged where required.
7. Changes
We may change pricing, billing terms, or paid features at any time.
