End User License Agreement
Effective Date: April 22, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) grants you a limited license to use Gleeman’s Table.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes.
2. Ownership
The Platform, including its software, design, systems, mechanics, items, and platform-authored content, remains our property or the property of our licensors.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, scrape, exploit, or attempt to bypass platform restrictions. You may not upload or import gameplay content, rulesets, homebrew systems, JSON content, or similar external game data, except as permitted under Section 10 (Third-Party Content Imports). Only static map image uploads (PNG, JPEG, WebP) are permitted where supported.
4. Pre-Release Notice
The Platform is pre-release and may change, reset, fail, or disappear at any time. Licensed access may be suspended or terminated at any time.
5. Virtual Features
Virtual goods and virtual currency are licensed, not sold, and may be changed, revoked, reset, or removed at any time. Favor has no real-world value and is non-refundable once used.
6. No Warranty
The Platform is licensed “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of access, data, progress, virtual goods, balances, or any indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
This license terminates if you violate this EULA or if we suspend or terminate the Platform or your access.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by Texas law.
10. Third-Party Content Imports
- Users may import character data from external platforms (e.g., D&D Beyond, Roll20).
- Gleeman’s Table does not own or license third-party content submitted by users.
- Imported data is user-provided and used only within the user’s session.
- The platform does not guarantee preservation of proprietary descriptions.
- Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to imported data.
11. Licensed Platform Content
Gleeman’s Table includes items, equipment, and rules content licensed from the System Reference Document 5.1 (“SRD 5.1”) and the System Reference Document 5.2 (“SRD 5.2”) by Wizards of the Coast LLC, each under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC-BY-4.0). Full attribution and a list of licensed content is available at Credits & Licensing. Wizards of the Coast does not endorse Gleeman’s Table.
